tanks are pretty squishy considering they are tanks it should take a minimum of 2 guys to take out a tank increase the HP by 30% but separate the main gun from the pilot and make their guns require ammo and a special equipment slot for resupplying...

No nerf, but I did suggest a flak vest that would give 5%(10 for t2 15 for t3) resistance to small bullets like shottys, HMG and SMG of course you would have to sacrifice a slot.
