This whole patch was actualy a buff to all 3 scouts without amarr. Cuz with new scan changes, amarr scout have good [old] scans only up to 15-18m. You can easly run 2x damps + cloak and only focused [with is not a big deal] can scan you. Played ...

Run near hills..stuck. Run near walls in towns.. stuck Drive LAV.. it somehow makes 3 flips and it's stuck Jump from MCC and land on pipes.. stuck between upper [small] and lower pipe. It's even possible to stuck in supply depot.. somehow.
