Whats still funny is that most people here have a ''pretty valid reason why they got the CK.0'' but now that hitbox seems to be fixed most of you dont even use it anymore...so whatevs.
Amarr FW blue dots suck. If you suck :please go and bother Minmatar or Gallente. You'll even win some matches there.

I just stopped using my shield suits as much in general.
No matter how conservatively you play, the scrambler rifle absolutely evaporates them.
A Six Kin ACR doesn't wreck my armor, even a quarter as fast as the the scrambler wrecks shields. Proto or not.
It's even worse on Min and Cal scouts.
You simply DON'T get insta-gibbed in armor. It's nice.
Set your goals high, and shoot for the moon; even if you miss you'll land amongst the stars.

I speced into caldari scout, cuz it was my first scout and i'm into caldari stuff [as my signature says].
I don't care what bonuses it will have.
I'll use it.
New changes will nerf EWAR scouts.
So amarr will have tought times.
Minjas also in some sort.
Gal/Cal will slay as always since their first day.
Ps. Are people b***ing about cal scout scan range?

I'm not caldari fanboy.
I just like shield tanking playstyle more than turtle speed playstyle [armor].
That's all.
Anyway, i wan't to see new lasers color.

Cal scouts did not have a broken hit box. ALL SUITS with high speeds in any sort of lag conditions have broken hit boxes. This extends to assaults too. The netcode in Dust is subpar. That is all. The reason that people were freaking out over the cal scout is because it has shields and shields visually show you when they get hit (sometimes) and then the scout wouldn't take any damage. Since it had more shields more times people saw the shield flash that comes with the netcode damage issues more often. Hence all the cal scout comments. All the other scout suits (and certain assaults/logis) have the exact same issue, you just didn't see it as often due to the lower amount of shields on the other scouts. |

I could stand in-front of a Sentinel (with my C/1 series scout) Unloading a Boudnless HMG to my face and kill him gently and softly with a bolt pistol at 5mts range. And take like 20 damage. Sometimes, i would even start regenerating shields while at it...

I only started using the Calscout in 1.9 because I wanted to see what scouts are like, Caldari because I am a Caldari Loyalist.
IGS is so quiet now, the silence is almost unbearable.

Used it all day today....and did rather well too. Again, there is no hitbox problem and there never was. What you're confused about is that the issue is not with the cal hitbox, but rather with hit detection in low framerate situations when going up against a fast strafing suit -- any fast strafing suit.
