Well if you enjoy dropping 3 hives to respply then you (anybody) can do it. Ps. Proto suits have more than enough space to fit whatever you only want so these compact hives are going to be good for players running in ADV/STD gear, which is minority.

They will still be bad compared to normal fits. Normal BPOs have one thing that APEX doesn't. It doesn't look as bad. With APEX, you have to buy a skin unless you enjoy looking at that .. 'thing'.
