What kind of problems are you having?
I haven't heard much so far, specifically regarding Minjas, and what I heard so far wasn't too bad. What are you seeing?

my scout only has 296EHP its fine, i dont even have an adv level yet. i run dmg mods kincats stamina and maybe 1 shield on all my fits. im trying to kill you not have a fancy schmancy shootout/ dancefest. matari manslayer

This whole patch was actualy a buff to all 3 scouts without amarr.
Cuz with new scan changes, amarr scout have good [old] scans only up to 15-18m.
You can easly run 2x damps + cloak and only focused [with is not a big deal] can scan you.
Played today with my fresh speced minja [finally, lvl 5 took a while] and it wrecks people.
NK are just great.
Ps. 3compx shields, 2compx damps + 1compx kincat/codebreaker and you're good. Don't forget to eqiup ishukone knives.

Yeah, cloak is nearly pointless right now. At least to me.
There is a thread talking about possibly removing the range limitations, which Rattati posted in saying that he was open to it.
You may want to pop in for that discussion.

I'm doing fine.
2x Damps and a Kincat works fine. Just gotta know when to cloak and hide, and when to run around using your damps and tacnet to survive.
Scouting requires a lot more finesse now than most FOTM scouts are used to.
That is, if you don't HP tank. Fully stacked Cal scout with a rifle is still a light assault.

My 66.7% range Nerf to my Cal scout doesn't sound like a buff. Also having to compete with freaking Logis for the best passive scans isn't that great either.

I only play pubs and fw.
Usually I'd have a codebreaker or a pg enhancement in the 3rd slot.

As a fellow scouter im trying to get used to all these nerfs to scouts. I hate how CCP took out orientention on the radar and the better scan precision on heavies and other suits.

Firstly : Modules are way >>> [more wothy] than guns. Difference between ADV/PRO rifles is almost not existing.
Also in this fit i can easly fit flux grenades, Adv CR+Pro Knives and Adv [maybe even pro] links/injector.
If this won't fit, then just change 1compx shield extender for enchanted.

Have a much more difficult time avoiding Proto Gal Scans
People pull out proto when they see FA.
Also: You'll never see me in ambush, and you'll rarely see me outside of FW or PC.

I can't speak for Ghost, but I only run std gear precisely because I don't find any advantage to Adv suits.
That 3rd High Slot is useless, particularly when I often don't have enough fitting capacity to use all the of them since all the useful mods are complex (minus Enh Shields). I just fit 2 Complex Damps on them and go.
Now, I also have given up on the cloak for the time being, especially since Pro cloak is the only viable one for dampening purposes. If the delay was mechanically changed as Maken suggested it might, I would use my Adv suit for wearing the Pro cloak as STD suits don't have the fitting capacity to wear one without severely gimping your suit.
