Add to that new guns with 3 and 10% bonus dmg. It won't be that much noticable on rifles, but FG and swarms will have +5% and +10% dmg bonuses when you'll max warbarge subsystems.

Search for smaller/average sized corp with good players. Bigger corps are mess if you're new there. In smaller one you'll find your place. Ps. By smaller corp i mean 30-150 players corp with atleast 10-25+ active players at any given time.
