Yup, The secondary equipment slot is all because the cloak wasnt made an internal function of the scout suit. Its a knock on issue. I also agree with Demonsbane , if there isnt too much deviation at Lv1 it isnt the end of the world.

With cloak plus the additional equipment and module slots and the aim of increasing TTK I dont think we will see some of the speed changes. Maybe later in the year after we have seen how the balance of the suit changes are playing out.

Just make it so a Lv5 Caldari Scout can see them using 2 complex scanners. *Summons math guys If a full scout is cloaked - tough luck for the Gal Focused Logi for those 30 sec. - Though I think they have to refine the scanning mechanic slightly
