I agree with OP; there's nothing wrong with camping, but the cloak makes it basically a no-risk play style. Wait around a corner, cloak up when you see someone coming, move in for the gank.

I seem to see a lot of scouts boasting about how easy it is to 1v1 them, more than I do assaults. Therefore why not buff mediums? Assaults specifically; logistics have their own role, now more than ever.
