I do not have the best gungame in town, and let's be honest, my reflexes at 40+ aren't what they used to be. Add to this that I'm deaf in one ear, and it makes competing with many people difficult. To counter this, I've always been into scanning.....

My understanding is the dB rounds to the nearest tenth, then in the event of a tie, the scanned as opposed to the scanner wins.
