I've not seen them that cheap. I've seen used ones for around $200 at my local Game Stop. You might try craigslist or a local pawn shop for a better deal.

Typically, ARs and BrScPs end minja's lives rather well. I know you had some success today, but you might want to try another weapon -- the chargeup of the RR puts it a severe disadvantage in CQC against a tough-to-scan scout.
