I have a PS4 and a pretty good setup. I'm enjoying the heck out of it, but I've craved DUST since ever since it broke. Hence, why I still post on the forums hehe.
I managed to luck out and I sold the thing to game stop on Black Friday, knowing they wouldn't check it due to traffic in the store. I got a decent price out of it and got a little extra change and managed to get a GTA V PS4 bundle on Black Friday. However, if I could manage to get a bargain on a PS3 (not willing to spend anything over $100), I would be beyond happy. I only need about 12GB (could someone tell me DUST's file size?), no controllers, cords, game or extra memory needed. I basically just need a platform to play DUST on, lol, and I'm willing to pay $100, MAYBE a little more.
Any takers? Those who have extra PS3s they do not want? Or does anyone know where I could get a pretty decent deal without taking a risk on eBay?

Go on EBAY, look for one with no BD or HDD, you can get it for like 30-40 bucks.
Then go to the nearest Micro Center or -shudder- Best Buy, and get an SSD for like 40 bucks.
If you're gonna complain about the SSD, then just go get an HDD for like 12 bucks.

I've not seen them that cheap. I've seen used ones for around $200 at my local Game Stop. You might try craigslist or a local pawn shop for a better deal. |

12gb PS3 would be fine, plus its flash memory so if you believe the rumours the game loads faster and plays better. dust client size doens't get any bigger than about 4gb so you'd have plenty of room just leaving that ps3 specifically to play dust with. its something i've considered when i move over to planetside 2 on my ps4

Just hold off. PS2 will be out mid January. We can move all of our dust bunnies over there and take over everything we try for. |

Yeah, I know a lot of the people that I know have stopped playing DUST or moved on to the PS3. I may not buy one, simply because I'd have to wait 6-9 days without any games on the PS4 (just beat DA:I).

I played it on PC, it was **** then I'm sure nothing's changed
Of course if they combined dust with ps2 it'd be great since neither one is good on there own but if you combine the two it'd be good.
