If i cant get online because of PSN problems can i expect that it will be refunded by ticket or similar?
Because i`ve lost 1y of everyday counter and dont wanna loose new counter of 100+- days

You won't get crap. I've lost three boosters now, and not had a single form of recompense. As far as ccp are concerned, it doesn't matter whether it's out of our hands, they made money and don't want to give it back. Although, let's face it, crediting accounts with Aurum loses them no money. It is, after all, a fictional in-game currency.

About boosters and other stuff you should read the EULA carefully.
Its NOT:
-Your chatacter
-your stuff
-your items
-yours
I think you should fill a ticjet when you can. at least for a 1 day active booster
