I run a few different gk.0 loadouts, depending on the situation. Highs: All of them have 2x damage mods. Some fits have a precision enhancer, others a shield extender. Lows: I'm a big fan of ferroscale on the Gal Assault. Typically 3 or 4 of them...

I'm not sure I disagree with your premise. I've long thought that the ScR needs a ROF nerf. That said, it would be unfair if you didn't consider the overheat or the single shot mechanic -- in fairness, both are a bit more than "nothing".
