I hate to rain on the parade, but based on the Raider Scout suit, it's a safe bet that the "Covert Ops" and "Omen" suits are just going to be more AUR pre-fit militia stuff. The covert ops skill will probably be for the cloaking module (equipment?).

Meanwhile, hitting the cap for me is a constant struggle. I'm for the concept in principle, but I hate having to choose between squading up with the corp and having fun or jumping into matches as fast as possible to maximize SP.
