Not sure, sorry. I do have my 'pilot' Scout G-1 with 3x Complex Range Amplifiers just in case it helps. As you said though, even with that 75m range, it's not great being that close to the ground. Useful when exfiltrating friendlies

The Domination redline changes are awful: it's the complete opposite of what is needed of the redlines in general. And as an ADS pilot, half of the Domination maps are un-fly-able because people can just sit in the redline with Railguns/Forge Guns...
