It only makes sense. If you already put a new magazine inside, you shouldn't have to re-remove the old magazine and then re-put in the new one.

I have no opinion one way or the other, all I know is my gut says maybe. EDIT: seriously though, good idea. Allows you to make full use of an event even if you already hit the cap.

This actually makes sense. I like it. Laser weapons should have no barrel climb increase with depletion of stamina though, since they're just shooting light.
