No. I've spent like, a few days using the forge gun (only recently got it unlocked) and I can hit nearly every shot on Dropships and every single shot on a tank, just working on my infantry sniping now. It's quite ridiculous someone even wants it ...

Sorry mate, those towers are near impossible to scale with a Dropship. They've put in work to be able to do it. If we didn't have such a low ceiling you'd be able to fly up there yourself and sort it yourself, but nope.
