I like the bonuses, especially the gallente ones (as a Gallente player). I also like what I see with the other suits. Dat Minmatar Assault... But I don't see why the gun bonuses on ie. the assault suits, aren't geared towards the racial weapons. ...

I took the name from EVE Online, figured it sort of fitting since it is sort of range dampening, which is what the sensor dampener does in EVE; lower your targeting range or locking speed. But yeah, Active Jammer would probably fit better.

Opposite of Active scanner. Removes targets that are not in view. Always works on passive scanners. Has to beat the dB of the Active Scanner. Proto Rsd is stronger than proto Active scanner. Discuss.
