I think it would be a very dumb decision to establish a planetary installation without giving the soldiers that will be fighting for your installation opportunities to change weaponry to counter any hostile attack.

The standard and prototype levels are on the market, but not the advanced one. Forces me to use the weaker advanced fragmented missile launcher for anti-Madrugar duty or my much more expensive Falchion with prototype accelerated missile launcher....

Currently, I believe armor reps finish their cycles somewhere between 15-20s and boosters finish after 15 seconds. In order to make shield boosters favor burst tanking and make armor reps favor sustained tanking, I think shield boosters should not...
