Not even you (CCP) fixed your own "hotfix" correctly. Issue Enhanced and Complex shield hardeners still have a 60% reduction, instead of the 40% reduction that was intended.

I can foresee the Rail tanks nerfed into oblivion, the last barrier against evil must fall. Missiles will fall from the sky and the blasterization will take place bringing terror to everybody in the field. I like.
