          Forgot to mention: instillations will **** a tanker's day up, even with full hardeners on. They could use a significant HP buff and/or re-deploy over the course of a match.

          Been saying this for a while. About time someone started repeating it. Doesn't have exactly eliminate the need for a cloaking device, just needs to be something extra to make scouts overall better at cloaking than other suits.
