I play ME3 co-op horde mode if DUST gets frustrating. I just think to myself "If DUST had this, I'd stay hooked on DUST and likely not leave."

Same here, I didn't have the glitch, but then I get logged out a daily reset, log back in and my SP cap is somehow hit... but with no SP in return.
