More damage for swarms wouldn't break the balance when you couple it with the short ranger and low tracking speed. Dropships get close and they get hit hard. Change assault swarms so they have a faster tracking speed, low damage and long range.

I don't know about the dmg mod bonus Baal. There was a reason they were nerfed, maybe give them a 50 percent bonus and or a fitting reduction. But you'd have to drop the bonus to CR magazine.

It provides 100 percent feed back to all squad members all the time, nothing worst then being hunted down by a pack of heavies who all share "The Vision" Either lower their scan ability and or get rid of shared squad vision.
