Therefore, I personally believe its kind of a bummer he's running for CPM 1. CPM 1 will do absolutely nothing of substance over the next year, they will provide 'feedback' for a game that won't exist by the time CPM 3 elections are coming around. Its senseless for anyone to waste their time being a part of CPM 1. If you really want to make an impact you would wait for a time when you will actually participate in Legion development, you know... the game that has a remote possibility of a future unlike Dust which is assured, and essentially confirmed, by CCP to not exist within 2 years CPM 1 will be even more useless than CPM 0...

I'm sure people will be worried that he will go ADS crazy and buff them rediculously but he also plays av and has shown some good data for balancing vehicles with av. I think he would be a huge help with CCP to hotfix vehicle balance.

However, I implore people, do not blindly agree with everything he says just because a does a complex 30min video with lots of numbers. Judge is as prone to jumping to conclusions and opinion as anyone, it just gets hidden within his complex descriptions. I do think he would make a good councillor though. To Judge if he reads, you are blessed with great power in you ability to communicate. Please be careful with it.

One thing you learn when you record your matches, as I do, is that when you get killed and call BS, saying that the other player was glitching or using an OP weapon; I can watch it back. And you know what happens in every case? It was not BS at all. The replay always shows there was a second guy shootng me that I didn't see, which is why my health went down so fast or that I failed all on my own and crashed my dropship into a wall like a noob. This is why I use video to double check myself and stop myself from being reactive. In the heat of a battle we all make incorrect judgements. In my opinion videos I put all the video out and show all my working too. There is nothing hidden. Even if you disagree with me I do my absolute best to show why I come to a conclusion. I hope that you can disagree with my opinions but not with the process I used to come to them. In my recent cloak video you may feel that the shooting while cloaked mechanism is good, while I do not. But you cannot disagree with my evidence of how possible it is to do and how much damage you can do with it. Similarity you may never have trouble seeing cloaks, but you cannot disagree with my video showing that sometimes they are completely invisible when running. I leave my opinion completely exposed and open for you to pick apart frame by frame. I am making my thoughts totally open for all to see. I've been a game developer for many years now, and i've spoken to Judge first hand as well as seen his vids. The one point i would want to make is that if Judge was a fan of the games i personally made then i would put good stock in his opinions. Why? Because he's analytical in nature. He considers the problem, dissects it and considers 'all' angles as to why the problem may exist, but also into multiple potential solutions to address said problem. I don't always agree with Judge's opinions, but if he was giving me feedback on my games.. then i could rely on the fact Judge is the kind of person who might spot something my colleagues and i had missed and would be able to present that information to us in a concise and precise manner. That is something like gold dust to developers who have their head constantly stuck in the internal systems of a game and sometimes don't give ourselves enough time to step back and look at the larger picture. So yes.. i believe Judge would make a great candidate.. plus he's got the patience to listen to opinions and after listening he's not arrogant about his own opinion to the point of excluding yours.. He'll consider the new facts and then add it to what he already knows and draw up a revised opinion based on the new information. That's exactly the kind of person i'd want giving me feedback on my games. +1 vote.

But I have 7 votes, and Judge Is one and I have a few others but still only have 4. Really not sure about the rest.

Personally i believe that Judge is more an advocate of 'fun' than 'winning'. The point i'm making with that statement is that when nothing effects you and everything just becomes dead easy.. it's also very easy to become incredibly bored. For instance.. you wouldn't get a surge of adrenaline squishing a load of ants, but face a tiger and you'll get a rush for sure. Some players desire challenge to make a game interesting (I'd like to say most but i don't know how apt that is).. i believe Judge to be one of those people. He'd be the first to admit if his setup was overpowered and wouldn't advocate that something overpowered become even more overpowered. We have to remember, the game should be fun.. and people that are an advocate of fun before winning are the kind of people we need to help guide the balance of the game and raise uneven issues to CCP's attention.
