Shield extenders increase your sig radius which effects detection. Your suit's base sig radius is based on the suit itself, not the shield count. Hence why fatsuits can be seen a mile away.

Actually the best way would be to simply show what armor is your most-used. If you have an atrocious KD and your favored armor is logi, people will be more interested in your average WP from droplinks, hives, revives, hacks and reps than kills. ...
