I think a small buff for the following shield rechargers and energizers is in order. Complex shield recharger 45% - > 55% It makes no sense to have this recharger less than the enhanced shield energizer. They should be equal so that you trade...

The min assault is performing well. You can fit it in almost any style that you want. I've got armor, shield, dual tanked, speed, and eWAR fits. The min scout seems to be ok but I haven't played much with it. The knives are easier to use though....

Meh minmatar assault is still the best in the right hands. If you only consider tank and DPS, of course amarr looks OP. Start considering speed, strafe, regen, and backpack size and you will soon realize which suit to choose.
