Your argument would only be reasonable if you also made the attempt to then say that once ever X months we all be reset to 0 as there may be new players playing with us that will not be equal to us who had played during those X months.

CCP may be calling 5/14/13 their "release date", but this game was released several months ago.

So much for diversification and branching out into other combat roles. So what happens when six months from now I am finally skilled for a decent infantry fit and am tired of run-and-gun? I guess I walk away, because it will be another six months to train into a different role.

Thanks for the correction but unfortunately I need it to get back my merc pack stuff since i somehow deleted my character I used it on and I also spend AUR on a lot of crap I dont need anymore. So does anybody here know when the reset can be chosen?

There was no reason to think that we could not skill into the same things as in the past. This is the same game is it not? Should we not expect some continuity? Now that we know, because we have been testing it, we should have a chance to respec and begin again.

The RESET is an option given to those who bough the mercenary pack before January. You will have an option to erase your character, get your mercenary pack Aur, items, a booster from the pack and start fresh. 0sp. More details will be coming soon from CCP.

I think the caldari logi is not broken but the racial bonuses of the Assault suits. Tank or Gank this logi offers the best of both. If there was an assault suit(s) that could be better than that we would see a move towards them, thus the discussion over the seemingly poor racial variants (not touching that topic).
