Respec FAQ: Q: What will happen to my Officer items after the Respec? A: Existing officer items will be returned to your characterGÇÖs inventory after the Respec.
Q: Will UVT as an item still be available in game? A: No. UVT will no longer be available on the market.
Q: Will the Respec apply to all characters in the account? A: Yes. All characters will receive the Respec.
Q: Will items won during the Testers Tournament carry over to Uprising? A: Yes, all unconsumed items will carry over to Uprising.
Q: Are the new weapons coming out on May 6th as well? I'm concerned about respecing into a weapon I don't have access to. A: No, new weapons are going to be deployed on May 14th - the official DUST 514 launch date.
Q: I'm a collector and bought vanity dropsuits during the closed beta that are no longer on the current build's market (Asoma heavy, Oblivion Logistics, Cabon Assault, Kindred scout etc.). Are some of these not being carried over in the Uprising build? What happens if they aren't? A: These dropsuits remain unmodified in the Uprising update.
Q: Will items that are no longer purchasable in the expansion persist such as the Sagaris or Surya? A: These will be refunded to you at their current market price.
Q: For those electing a character reset for the Mercenary Pack, would additional items outside the mercenary pack would be reissued? Such as Beta Rewards and Tournament Prizes. A: Extraordinary items such as from events and beta rewards will persist after Uprising. |

You need to open it with a spreadsheet viewer, such as Excel, in order to see it properly. |

I know, they're in two different formats that web browsers handle differently. |

Reav Hannari wrote:The skill ranks on the database dump look incorrect. They don't match the the skill tree version. Can we get an update to that since it includes all skills? Thanks for the data!
Hmm, I'm not sure which is right. Sadly, I won't have the answers before Uprising due to it being the weekend. |

Why don't I have the option to download this file? It keeps trying to open as a web app in .csv format but won't display anything but jibberish (yes I have excel installed). Is this fixable?
You should be able to right click and pick "Save link as" to download it. |

Winsaucerer wrote:Probably a question whose answer is bleedingly obvious by now, but I want to be clear. Dev blog states: Quote:As such, the items in your Assets will be removed, and their ISK/AUR value at the time of the respec will be put back into your in-game wallet But "time of the respec" is ambiguous, since the respec occurs during Uprising deployment, and presumably prices of some items will change too. So does this mean prices just before deployment, or just after? I am guessing the answer is obviously that it means the prices before deployment, because later in the blog it says "CURRENT ISK value" and "current AUR value", but I'd like to be clear :)
It means the prices at the time of deployment. If we have changed any prices, those will be the prices used.

Hey guys, a brief update. We will not be refunding any Militia BPOs, but rather returning them to your inventory.
A number of you brought up the very real possibility that people would get millions of AUR refunded because at one point they were selling for much less and after further consideration, we realized this would give a hugely unfair advantage to these people.
We hope everyone understands this decision. |
