I thought the Merc Pack was supposted to reset when we went alpha ? I reckon the Aurum spend on dropssuits etc is going to be spend ? |

Thats a shame then, with the suits i bought and the changes in skills for dropsuits half my spend aurum is useless now. CBA to skill in different races different sizes. |

So here i am having 5 mill + skill points given back.
There where i used to have the possibility to yse both my Raven and Sever Dropsuits I know have to invest over more than half of my skillpoints to actually acces one of them. For they require atleast lvl V in racial!
I haven't even started to use my skills in anything other at this moment and i used to have assault Spec 3 as well as some decent vehicular skills.
So what will happen with the dropsuits spend in aurum (20k+) which i will not be able to use for a damn long time!
I feel a bit kicked in the balls here |

I share the opinion of the posters above me. We were promised to get the stuff back when all got to alpha. I invested my share in merc packs. And especially witht he skill changes I cannont use 2 out of 3 of the 20k Aurum dropsuits i bought.
I do hope CCP will take the aurum items back and replace them with the spend aurum. For as far as i am already frustrated that i can only do half the things i used to with this skill change. Im sure as hell if they already start not living up to their promised before alpha iom sure as hell not going to invest any more time in this let alone the money i was eager to put in it.
so let ccp come up with an official comment. |

I bought those BPOs so that in certain situations I could be versatile to my team. At the beginning of matches I could use a scout suit to run up and hack points. I never really used the raven suit, but I did buy it (on two characters). The sever suit I can't use because I chose to go Caldari and the sever is minmitar.
The REASON for the respec was to keep people from having gear that they can't use because of the more specific skilling that the racial variants brought with it.
It's simple. I'm hostile because there are a ton of people that are defending the actions of CCP when it is blatantly obvious that it .

Hell, I would be glad if CCP saw they Aurum spend on all that crap being useless now and just gave our ruddy aurum back. Ill settle for the skills i got now, worst case scenario. Then again, how the Furk are they supposed to knwo that a skillsystem so intricate AND used in two ways makes sense to their community.
Anyway, they seemed to be on holiday till may 9th. It really depends on CCP's attitude what im going to do w Dust. And in all honesty my Eve accounts too. Dev's made it seem so cool at fanfest presentations, but the only half baked crap i swallow comes out of the freezer, for sure. |
