Can you please check the amount I've been given against the amount I've paid for?", as opposed to "or are you still busy counting the money you stole?" I got banned for saying they didn't know how to fix hit detection so they were slowing the game down, I guess that's ban worthy though, How dare I question a developers decision in a video game, right?

That is highly doubtful they perma banned for something that minor has to be more to it than that. But as you want to keep up appearance's that it is all CCP's fault and not your own we will only get part of the story.
