5. if you are truly right contact SONY and they will refund your money
6. take CCP to small claims court and spend $80 on a lawyer and have him tell you that you are wrong.

once you complete any of these you are one step closer to being a man or a woman. You choose which one.

Or take over the game, own all the planets and districts, take all your money and sell it back to you and get my 9.99 back.

You got banned, but you don't seem to be telling us why you got banned. Now you are upset that you can not get refunds for this. You are supposed to take it because you were wrong in some way. If a cop busts someone doing something illegal they then take the money from that illegal action ( wether it was a part of it or not) they do not have to give that back. I got banned for saying they didn't know how to fix hit detection so they were slowing the game down, I guess that's ban worthy though, How dare I question a developers decision in a video game, right? So now you are lying. There is no way you got banned for RESPECTFULLY making a suggestions. Otherwise there would be no one on this forums, they would all be banned. You are leaving a huge part out of this. Either you swore or used racial slurs or something. To me this sounds like the person who is in a store yelling and screamming.
