No. It's not stealing in this case if your only complaint is about having no more resets, which your images imply. You can't read, that purchase was from JUNE 10th 2012. WAS NEVER REFUNDED.
They don't refund your money, they refund your Aurum in game after each reset. |

Hmm, so the Aurum was refunded into the account, however you got yourself banned and can't use it.
Well, CCP did everything correctly by refunding AUR into that account, and it was your choice to get banned by breaking the rules. Therefore they are not accountable for your inability to access that AUR.

Well let's think about this one for a second, every single person in Dust got their AUR refunded after reset. What, you think your account was the only exception?
