Should I care about the date? I don't know if I should care.

The same can be said for everyone else including the imperfects. I suspect you are trying to do something that many would see as 'suspect'. CCP should give you a 15 minute GCC from what I see.

Your not very smart. Excuse me, I'm not the one who violated the NDA during closed beta got banned and then start demanding compensation for being caught red handed. The more you talk, the more you come across as someone who deserves nothing. Enjoy your ban.
