So let's get the fact's straight your trying to get a refund for your Aurum purchase on an account that was perma banned?
If that is the case you have no case as the fault is yours and no one else's |

If a cop busts someone doing something illegal they then take the money from that illegal action ( wether it was a part of it or not) they do not have to give that back. You did wrong and now you must pay the piper, in aurum form. No one will agree with you on this.
So what did you do to get banned? I got banned for saying they didn't know how to fix hit detection so they were slowing the game down, I guess that's ban worthy though, How dare I question a developers decision in a video game, right?
That is highly doubtful they perma banned for something that minor has to be more to it than that.
But as you want to keep up appearance's that it is all CCP's fault and not your own we will only get part of the story. |

In a nutshell you lost your 10$ worth of aurum when you got banned for violating the NDA and are not due any compensation/transfer/ or refund of the purchase from CCP/PSN as you violated the contract you agreed to every time you logged into the game |

You still don't get it do you, you posted video of closed beta footage which is covered under an NDA which you agreed to every time you played stating that you can't post such videos which you did and you got banned got what you deserved and the other beta's you posted were more like glorified demo's labeled beta with no NDA covering them so your point is moot |

Actually a PSN purchase if any issue's must taken up with Sony as per one of the response's he received which is a fact regardless of what game it is not just Dust.
He got banned another fact I have never seen a game that will refund your money if you get banned it's just part of the consequence's he must face for his own action's |
