It seems to me you broke the rules in some way. You got banned, but you don't seem to be telling us why you got banned. Now you are upset that you can not get refunds for this. You are supposed to take it because you were wrong in some way. So if you didn't get banned in this happened it would still not be stealling it would be bad customer service.

If a cop busts someone doing something illegal they then take the money from that illegal action ( wether it was a part of it or not) they do not have to give that back. You did wrong and now you must pay the piper, in aurum form. No one will agree with you on this.

They don't refund your money, they refund your Aurum in game after each reset.

Pdiggy. You paid for aurum. That account then got banned. The aurum is linked directly to the account. In effect, when you started playing this game, you signed a contract with CCP. You agreed to their terms of service. You broke those rules, and at their discretion, they decided to ban you for it. Frankly, it's clear cut. No court would back you on this. You're not going to get a refund from CCP, because you violated the "contract" and you were punished for it.

Well, CCP did everything correctly by refunding AUR into that account, and it was your choice to get banned by breaking the rules. Therefore they are not accountable for your inability to access that AUR.

I sense you are lying through your teeth and not telling us the whole story. I pointed out many problems with DUST since closed beta to this day and I have not been banned. The same can be said for everyone else including the imperfects. I suspect you are trying to do something that many would see as 'suspect'.

CCP should give you a 15 minute GCC from what I see.

The copyright claims were probably an attempt, however desperate, to get your videos taken down. That account was permabanned for violating a Non-Disclosure Agreement. And I can imagine it happened to the other people who posted videos before NDA was lifted, you just haven't heard from them because they don't whine like you do.

CCP doesn't have a vendetta against you. Grow up.

by your above responses we can now see you are to young to understand the actual root of this problem. You have not once brought up a valid point for your case. You attack people corps who make valid points and prove you wrong. You do things wrong and your response is " ive done it before and never got caught. You need to go to law school and defend drug dealers. " but your honor he had dealt drugs before but didn't get caught, so obviously he is innocent. 1. give us one VALID reason that you deserve your money back
2. tell the truth and be honest with yourself on the true details of the events
3. ask yourself if you had a contract with someone and they broke your contract. Wouldn't you do the same thing.
4. realise CCP did way more than they needed to. They allowed you to create another account
5. if you are truly right contact SONY and they will refund your money
6. take CCP to small claims court and spend $80 on a lawyer and have him tell you that you are wrong.

once you complete any of these you are one step closer to being a man or a woman. You choose which one.
