My two cents...
Full trade! By "full" CCP, I mean "FULL". Gotta make that clear.
Replace the dmg % section of the warbarge with something that isn't so pay-to-win.
Myos!
Ok, am I gonna have to go all "plasma rifle fix" of the last couple months on the forums to get these things a overhaul? Why does it take so bloody long for CCP to admit when they're wrong and fix something?
Strafe speeds
I'm not trying to nerf anyone, but it's become a little obvious that "something" needs to be done about either the tracking speed of controllers, or the movement speed from left to right of "whatever it is guys are using to attain these speeds". Is this a server side issue or otherwise? As a CQC fighter if I can't track a target due to response time of the system being to slow, how are we to engage? This is an issue largely with HMG's, and was one of the big issues that drove the AR Gal assault bonus buff. You can't deal the dmg necessary to drop enemies near you as they basically avoid hit registration through strafing, which is more a hit detection issue, or they strafe faster than you can move your aim... which in combat mechanics, is impossible.
Thank you for your time o7

It clocks in at 450/499 CPU and 92/92 pg. All cores maxed.
Triple complex reactives, dual complex reps. 1 Complex,1enchanced,and 1krins damage mods
Duvolle assualt rifle, creodron ion pistol core locus. X-3 quantum nanohives. Built around max gk.0 with level 3 fitting optimization in assult rifles and ion pistols. If you still can't fit this all together then I suggest you start shopping at the loyalty store for those federation specialist duvolle assult rifles. And get more skill, you scrubs. Yet the ion pistol skill doesn't affect the fitting at all. It literally does nothing. What is the point of the skill if it doesn't have any influence on most Gallente fits? I want it changed cos a Gallente suit has so much free Cpu, reducing it further is pointless.
This is true. I specced into Sub-machine gun instead of ion pistol as my go to sidearm for this as well. Sub out performs with many different variants, serves well as a armor based counter part to my AR, and fits far better!
The Ion pistol skill is pretty dumb as it stands now, and as much as I love it's hard hitting power, it is fitting incorrectly.

Agree
I have the RR as an armor based option, and it is a conundrum if i'm honest. Some days you can't lose if you tried with it, and other days it's like it doesn't work at all?! I never use the RR as the ARR shoots just as far landing hits at crazy ranges. The RR seems useless for it's actual job. I don't want to nerf the ARR, but it seems to be suffering from the same things. Random loss of hit detection, Good at any range with no downside except a hit detection glitch, and all around unpredictability?!

FW needs this, and a few more overhauls as well.
I play eve now, and spoke with many eve players that were curious about dust. I always thought they didn't care, but was surprised to find that they were seriously interested! They were anxious to know if they would ever have more interaction with dust players! I told them that I was assuming this was CCP's end game with both games, but it seems far away yet.
Maybe as a small test we here on the ground, like up in orbit, can start choosing where we focus our resources in FW? Currently pilots fly to a location to setup and fight FW, but on the ground dust mercs battle locations are chosen randomly making it difficult to coordinate OB support with pilots. The pilots are basically a reactive force having to travel post fight start to locations in space. Often they respond that the battle is too far away to assist?!
Also, when will our efforts on the ground effect space, and vice versa? this was another question eve pilots across the region i'm in seem to have. Playing the game I noticed the ability to purchase, sell, and build dropsuits and weapons from dust. However, it's useless do to the games being so far removed from one another?! Everything that happens in eve should effect the situations on the ground, and vice versa.
This would add to the lore of the game, even if just a little, and players can hang on to hope just a little longer. Just a thought o7
