I am sure this is what they are waiting on.
I can imagine some CCP meeting where one person says they should discuss plans with the comminity.
Then Rouge speaks up, "Sure, we've made promises we couldn't keep in the past, but if just a few more threads get started on the forums, that will be all the indication we need its completely safe to discuss things again. It will be proof that they are ready and will no longer exaggerate comments and have unreasonable expectations which they will berate us for not exceeding.
If only there was one brave merc willing to spam enough threads..."

I agree with porting Dust 514 to PS4 like most of you do.
However there are problems, such as finding the funds to do it. Much of CCP's money goes to EVE: Online and CCP's shareholders. A PS4 port would be expensive and a lot of recoding would need to take place. With CCP's current funds for Dust 514 I do not think it would be possible. However there are two solutions
1) Donate money to CCP (In the form of Aurum/Packs)
or
2) Have CCP increase the percentage of funds given to Dust 514 and decrease the percentage of funds given to EVE: Online |

CCP wants to get it right this time: making PVE content first, so it doesn't end up as a lobby shooter, which Dust was never intended to be in the long run.
