Of all my requests for Dust I would like to see an endpoint opened up for tracking individual player battle taxes with some type of 3rd party tool. With an endpoint that could be accessed by an eve capsuleer to feed an existing api system (seems like the easiest way to proceed), a contribution tracking tool could allow players at all levels of Dust/Eve corporation to check their contribution level to corporation and even gauge contribution between members thus stirring up some healthy competition.

Again a tab like this doesn't necessarily need to be made in game; however, the release of specific endpoint server side could greatly expand the meta of the game in very meaningful ways.

I firmly believe that killing tanks needs to be a more enjoyable experience. We need either better weapons or waaay more expensive tanks.
Also the weapon/equipment swapping cannot continue off of this horribly glitchy wheel system.. |

I feel like I'm in a Predator movie on the battle field with all these one shot invisible shotgunners. 4. Make sniper rifles have the same max and min zoom with the ability to adjust the zoom when viewing through scope. 5. Add a purchasable Skill refund in market. $20 sounds fair. |

Couple Little Things I would like to see:
- Fitting Folders (either custom, or at least by suit and vehicle type. such as whats shown in vehicles in battle, but faster)
- Sniper Rifle Zoom, either a Smooth Zoom in/out, or a few zoom settings (Like the sniper rifle from halo), with more zoom capability than they have now (especially on the higher end models).
- Ability to avoid OMS or Non OMS Ambush matches (like when Ambush OMS was considered a separate game mode)
- Tagging of targets, even if just for snipers...give them a chance to provide intel if they don't have comms (play with a sniper who doesn't have a PS3 mic, and comp is too far away to be useful)
- Proper signature radii on Vehicles...a can passive scan out most uncloaked scouts behind me, but a tank can approach unnoticed if I don't have sound on (which sometimes I need to turn it off).

a. if you accidentally double press shoot on swarms half the missiles wont fire off b. if you try to fire too fast after successfully launching missiles it wont register you trying to lock again and you will sit there looking at a tank wondering why your lock isn't finished yet |

- fix the PG and CPU values for the heavy suits
- remove the ability to fire while cloaked.
- Make passive/ active scanners useful to fit on medium suits. Also higher tier vehicle scanners should be able to detect lower decible scouts.
- Buff the basic level Caldari, Amarr, and Gallente LOGI suits. I fail to understand why they have the same slot count as a scout minus a sidearm for the cal and gal logis.

Increase the salvage drop rate across the board. Double it for everything. Without a player market incoming, this is the only way to get rare gear. And as a match bonus, it would be a nice reward for playing. Quality of life improvement, everyone gets a present.
Also, if you could add other rare gear to the roulette that would be ideal. Things like Black Eagle Scout Suits, HEP Biotic mods, and HK4M Shotguns. These things were typically reserved for community events rewards, but now that seems less likely overall.
ALTERNATIVELY: Put all these things in the Marketplace. Just give us a chance to acquire all the gear in the game. I'd prefer the salvage roulette to be enhanced, because it increases anticipation for reward at the end of a match, but either is a welcomed fix. |

Since I don't know what "server side changes" entail, I will list my biggest concerns/desires.
-Bring back skirmish 1.0
-Optimize terrain (2inch barriers you cant sprint over) EX: Ashland objective C (i7), where the dirt road meets the concrete you have to jump over.
-Improve automatic reload animations (there is a delay when you fully empty your weapon before it reloads; it should do so immediately after it is empty. Often times I wonder why my gun is not shooting before I realize that it hasn't yet started the reload animation.)
-Remove "stun-lock" and all variations of sprint bugs.
-Continue to improve hit detection. I still get shield/armor flashes and no damage is done.
-Improve performance in PC battles. Lag is still a constant nuisance and influences the outcome of battles.

the two missing heavy weapons? take and remake two weapons whos abilities would be good for a heavy weapon lascannon-amarr heavy weapon-anti vehicle, sniping heavys plasma cannon-gallente heavy weapon-normal fire for infintry, charge shot for vehicles

1. swarm launchers not a threat to vehicles unless they are proto and prof 5.
2.proto suits that can't equip full proto fits
3.sniper rifles need better headshot damage multiplier (my main issue)
4.sheild extenders not balanced well enough against armour, effectively meaning that caldari sentinel is slightly underpowered.
5.sniper rifles detecting a valid target through cover
6.hit detection on most weapons but particularly with the sniper rifles. (blue shield flare but no damage, shoot a target standing still and get no hit, see no orange x when you shoot a moving target, needing to cycle to sidearm and shoot to be able to get hit detection back.)
7. shotguns being way too overused, although I appreciate people should be able to play how they want but this is clearly due to an o.p weapon.
8. a shotgun can kill a decent heavy with 3 shots. a charge rifle (don't forget that's the highest sr damage you can buy) at maximum damage (I do mean that too) doing headshots takes 3-4 (but again see number 3)
9.better scopes for sniper rifles or at least options or adjustment
10.new vantage points in maps- there aren't enough options.
11. two heavy weapons missing. please bring them in soon |

I know I already listed 5 things I like to see fixed but I was just thinking about this and felt if it didn't get mentioned I should.
1. I think Scans from Active Scanners should reveal targets for all team members with a wp reward same as if you were in a squad.
2. This one is for consideration for project legion development. Add deployable turrets (not the current installations) as equipment to throw down and other defense oriented equipment like shield barriers and ECMs like radar jammers.
3. Remove ability to switch fits at supply depots. Add it to CRUs instead. That or add a delay after you switch to prevent players from spamming fits to insta-heal themselves. |

- shield extenders should be 22, 44, and 66 instead.
- Shield rechargers/energizer need a small buff and need to be low slot modules.
- Shield regulators need a big buff.
These changes would incentivize shield tankers to not dual tank. Also
- Rebalance medium frames like you said you would do (PG/CPU, slots, HP)
In 1.8 heavies and scouts got their slots and racial tank type fixed to make sense, but for meduim frames, they are broken; Minmatar assaults have a Caldari slot layout and Amarr assaults have a Minmatar slot layout. Give basic medium frames a second equipment slot and assaults another high/low slot. A more detailed thread here and has reasons why.
- Rebalance 60mm armor plate HP, so that it has a consitent HP increase
- Add more stats on the fitting screen
Add back the burst SMG (was in beta) and the new tactical SMG (from the SDE)
- Change the projectile damage profile from the unbalanced -5% damage to shields and +10% damage to armor to -5%/+5%.
- Lower the insane assault dropship costs
- Increase MD and HMG efficacy on vehicles
- It would be cool if we had Nova Knives Fitting Optimization skill
- Vehicle specific quotas
- Add 'zealot' variants for energy weapons
- Increase Breach Shotgun Clip Size
- Rebalance the FW contract payouts, right now, compared to public contracts, they are high risk and give low rewards.
- Make equipment deployed by squad members green on the cortex, mini-map, and overview map.
- Fix RDV colision damage.
- Change large railgun damage profile to -10%/+10% shield/armor. Right now as a hybrid rail turret they have a bonus for shield damage which goes against the established damage profiles for weapon types.
- Increase heavy frame jump height
- Increase number of carried AV grenades to 3.
- Add more passive skills for vehicles
- Add militia versions of each weapon
- Buff Myofib stim bonus
MAG vet, Dust closed beta vet, and an alt of Velvet Overkill (infantry) & Agent Overkill (vehicle).

This thread is FILLED with things which are not small at all. but here's my small thing:
I'd like to see all PG and CPU fitting numbers multiplied by 10. Then the fitting skills would actually make a difference! Most standard weapons don't get any benefit from a 5% per level reduction in PG until level 4. Some get never get any benefit even at level 5.

Stop people farming isk by creating new characters and transferring the isk over before bio massing.
Just start characters with 0 isk. It's easy enough for a new player to earn isk for skill books.
Why don't you give new players some free aurum instead. It would get them used to using it therefore encouraging them to buy more. |
