each Level you skill into only improves the speed by 10%, so Level-5 will gain you around 80% increase in speed. level 1 gives 10% so on level 5 you get 50% more rotation speed

Yes.You have to pay 30mil ISK and 15k CP to send attack.The old price was 25k CP and 0 ISK. I know,we all hate no shows so something had to be done.But thats just too expensive.I coud live with 10-15 mil and 15k CP. Btw.Who's idea was this?I can't...
