When I said "mothership" I was referring to it's actual definition, rather than the ship class in EVE. Intelligence without ambition; is a bird without wings...

From what I can tell, it just doesn't make sense to use a dropship, because Raiders can't and won't go all the way to Yulai, unless we use interstellar travel which can't be done using dropships. I'm honestly not sure if he ever can or will. I'm not sure Kador can ever truly have friends, even though he wants to....just like given my recent realisation , stupidly, that Kador literally has only been a cloned soldier as long as he as existed in game..... he lore has changed to reflect that which I will post this evening. However his personality remains, and basic cloned combat history remains the same, as well as his origins..... but not how he got to cloned status.
