E im going to call you E beucase my deslixa makes your name really hard to spell. yep thats right the pause is their so any one after you has to wait on what you put unless they are taking actions away from you but at the same time. just stops people tripping over each other if their writting wall of txts.
i was doing a RP on old warhammer allinace forums and we all wrote like 4-5 pages that we had to end up rewritting beucase one GUY /cough slayer cough/ decided to set the tavern on fire

I can't even if I scatter logically maybe on single square I give these guys the time they need to get to their tanks and leave Ermac out to dry.
The only choice I have, and one that messes up my future plans to roll in a tank is to rush them on foot and kill their crews who might me in laager.
Otherwise I have to risk dropping one of my 3 Solace fit and burn down as many as possible.
It's going to be hell since I cannot, and wont say I busted a tank platoon solo even if I could do it in game.....

Nice writing but a little over the top. Don't want to sound like a **** but lets not white knight our problem out to Jaques and Jasyn who aren't kitted out for AV anyway.
It might be that we simply dropped into the wrong place wrong time and will be killed, or kill ourselves find another spot.

in my experince in the army a platoon is about 20 to 30 men. but right now my platoon is down to 14 so it can range wth 30 at max. companys are around 100 guys normally

Yeah I just want to keep this writing grounded in what is likely to happen.
While we may have landed in a nest of a dozen HAV few on possibly even less than half are likely to be combat worth, assuming they are in maintanence as a laager, or large encampment of vehicles, would suggest to me. Its also very likely that in the heat of battle crews, even dusters will not have time to get them running and combat worthy, its also entirely likely that the sudden surprise of X dusters plus two hidden ones will rile things up and make comms traffic for them very busy.
Stealing a tank is entirely possibly mate, I'll even help ready the things for you. But we did just touch down in the middle of possibly 30 or more cultists.....
Only thing we can do is make as much noise and destruction, and distraction as we can before they inevitably kill us.

I was guessing roughly 20 Raiders per platoon. It's a pretty broad definition...just depends on the type of platoon. I was thinking of a manageable number for two mercs to have a shot a actually handling.

Its all about realising that while we consider out characters special, in New Eden they are not.

Even mortals have experience, and just like you or I had successful mortal careers don't doubt these people haven't as well. You don't become a Blood Raider by being weak, nor do your survive as one by being weak.
This is why in RP I suggested you guys don't understand what the Blood Raiders are. They aren't just soldiers, they aren't weak, they can do things sane men can't, and they will.
