Heathen has read up on their stories, and doesn't like them for their practices of abducting children for their rituals. Even the amarr consider them evil, so that's like super evil.
In summary:Doesn't like the Amarr. Doesn't like the blood raiders more.

What? You were worried that I'd call out your story as horrible? 
Really, aside the grammatical errors which are rampant, you've made the post pretty well. The only change I'd make would be to switch uplinks for Clone Reanimation Units. Uplinks use wormhole technology to move you short distances within a battle, and your body is already constructed when you spawn in an uplink. A clone reanimation unit is used for interstellar jumpclone transit, where your body, and any armor or clothing you have are constructed.
EDIT: Denak has no prior experience with Blood Raiders, other than having read about their habits. He doesn't really care of them, he's mostly in it for the reward.

Appearance: Always in an standard clone. If he is transferred to a leisure clone it will still appear to look like a basic standard clone. He believes that looks do not mean a thing. The only thing that matters is performance for when it comes to the body. When not wearing a Caldari Assault Ck.0, he is wearing pressed black dress pants with a black turtle neck.
Other Items of note: He has 7 proto Primary weapons. If something comes at him he will have the counter to it. ( I do have this on dust )

I always notice the small details. And I'm still the supporter of the idea that uplinks are only used for short-range transport, not interstellar travel(unless conspiracy theories).

Race / bloodline - Caldari. Mixed Civire and Gallente blood; some family on Caldari prime.
Personality - easy going, confident air about him...quick wit sprinkled with a does of snark and gallows humor. The informal manner masks a razor sharp tactical mind and innovative problem solver...Jaysyn was well respected up and coming officer in the Ishakone Watch Special Operations Directorate before becoming a Duster. Ishakone spirited him away to Mordu's Legion with several other early Caldari Dusters before the initial purge. Since then he has built a solid rep as goto problem solver in numerous contracts across the 4 empires and the occasional freelance contract with other entities in New Eden. Jaysen is often hired for tactical command positions or deep reconnaissance and high value target strikes operations.
Looks - a bit above average height, brown hair with grey highlights frame his light skinned face. The smile, or rather smirk, that routinely hangs on his face stops at his eyes. Often the grey/green of his eyes seem more like robotic optics boring into you no matter how loud he laughs or the seemingly friendly tone of his voice. On occasion, the cold eyes are replaced with an electric fire of emotion that feels like a rail gun charging...this usually indicates things are about to get sporty.
Other notes - Jaysyn a CalAssault set up optimized for high regen shield tanking, excellent scanning, and operates a hard hitting Kaalikiota Rail rifles, Core Locus grenades, and his trusty Ishakone Assault SMG.
