If you use anything OTHER then proto links, NO ONE WILL SPAWN ON THEM! Unless last resort!

I have ALL unlocked and have seen NO DIFFERENCE in spawns/payouts! Still making 500k a match, 3000+WP
I have had no problems spawning on my own links.
I only run proto links and NEVER squad up!
Location is everything!

Are your links disapeering when you squad hop or something?

I intend to repost on this thread every waking hour untill they tell us, just to keep it at the top of the list....

I think there is a bug with spawn points on the overhead map not updating correctly. Next time it happens spawn in somewhere near said uplink and recheck the map or see if it is still actually there. What I noticed was the uplink was destroyed, but still on the spawn screen.

This morning I went through every uplink I had access to and watched both non squads and squads use my uplinks. Both while I was in a squad and out of a squad. I'm not sure why my squad would be any different, or there is something else borked up. But the functionality of the drop links have not been changed.

drop uplinks in a squad......leave squad....you or nobody in your new squad can use the first uplinks..in essense if you leave your squad you cant use your own uplinks to spawn back in.....

Well. You have prototype droplinks so you can answer the question for yourself pretty easily.

put your self in a squad. lock it. so you know it isnt your buddy spawning in.
join a match, put down your uplinks.
collect +25's
????


It used to be squad only, If PC is different, then yes a dev would probably have to make that a bit more clear.
I would finish verifiing the other uplinks, But its pretty boring dropping them down and waiting for somebody to poop out, and check if they are in a squad or not.

Sounds like a bug to me. put It in the tech support thread. Not sure what kind of answer you expect from a dev.

I would be careful skippy. You're likely to end up getting yourself banned from the forum for "thread bumping."

They'll do the same thing with this thread as they do with every thread that asks a simple question that they for some reason can't give a simple answer to; they'll either wait for someone to get too aggressive or bump the thing too many times and lock it, or they'll just let it fade into obscurity.

If thy are gonna do that they are gonna do it with 500 views and 80 replies and in front of everybody wich woud be just fine by me, would prove my point that there is somthing sneaky going on.


Are uplinks for team or squad? i shouldnt need a Computer developer to answer that ... a customer service agent should be able to answer that question...thanks for the heads up thugh it is appreaciated....if they bump this thread watch how many Logi's hammer back with the same question..

lol...Uplinks are made and used for teams The only uplinks that can be used by squads only are militia uplinks. Some uplinks can only have 2 at a time online at the same time. Some can only have 1, and some you can drop up to 3 active at the same time. I don't know what you have been reading but someone is giving you some mixed information. If you use uplinks that allow only one to be used at a time or two, it will remove the first one you tossed out, so you will be destroying your own uplinks. Hope my information helped you to better understand uplinks. This is coming from a person who has uplinks all the way to lvl 5

That is not correct.
Militia, normal, hacked, advanced and proto links work the same.

The same being:
Pub games: Links are free for all.
PC matches: Links are squad only.
