Interesting idea. I'd call it a coalition. I've never started an alliance, so I didn't know it cost isk, but some sort of alliance for small corps sounds like a good idea. And you were actually more understandable than most people on these forums.

Yes yes yes. This is what I imagined for PC. Corps spending millions of isk for their own personal base, complete with landing pads, sniper towers, machine gun turrets, impenetrable walls, and a hot tub.
