I would suggest we hold off on calling the TACT OP until after the scramblers come out as right now the scrambler does more base damage and it offers the charged shot which does an unknown multiplier for damage.

Yea basically CCP admits that the SP tree screw up was soo bad that when they make changes you will get that SP back but you will also have the option of asking for a full respec since they are reworking the tree so much.

Well TBH I have not been for a SP repec........ However if CCP continues to fix things in the skill tree that completely ruins the SP ppl spent because CCP made "mistakes" in certain prereques then yes this would need to be reset.

Yea Enigma I can confirm seeing this last night. On the new manus peak I could not see enemies that were in the open on C when I was at B. It was kinda funny actually....in a sad sort of way.
