A type2 can get their total HP up just as high as a type1. Don't think an armor tanked heavy would stand any better chance against an HAV. (arguably, the type2 would probably be better because of the faster speed)

TBH, type2 for both infantry and vehicles. It's pretty simple, type2 allows you to regen almost half your HP (shields) fairly quickly... type1 forces you to use armor reppers, which uses up PG/CPU, and is A LOT slower than the shield regen.

I'd say when you're new... It's a lot tougher with low SP/gear, but not impossible. Depends on your skill level, and the level of those around you. Obviously you're at a big disadvantage if you're in a militia fit, with little SP... going agains...
