Another advantage of removing the 10% buff is that shield, speed, armor and stamina upgrades actually start to help scouts. I've stopped dumping SP into shield and armor, because as a scout I don't care whether I die in 0.2 or 0.3 seconds.

I agree, too. There's no time to react. The balance is gone: continuous DPS-weapons (e.g. AR, SMG) kill mercs faster than high alpha-damage weapons (shotgun, sniper). Remove the 10% buff for weapons with aim assist, please.
