I can recall my vehicle at will... Can i recall myself instead of suicide? It's not OP cos it takes guns away from where they are needed.
Would take some time to execute and would be interrupted / disabled every time when HP starts to drop or merc moves... |

When you vanish from the battlefield you take your DPS with you and weaken your team. So not OP. In skirmish this means a red team has a better chance at taking objectives.
To make it more balanced you would have limited time for going back into battle:
When you recall yourself, you go back into War Barge and are presented with a respawn selection screen (cortex view)
There, the timer begins to tick immediately.
If you don't make it back in time you'r kicked out of the battle. And your team loose a gun.
You can already leave the battle without a suicide. But to go back to the War Barge and resuply if there are no SDs you have to commit suicide. Why not recall yourself to the War Barge instead? With the time limit to go back.
The explicit counter for time limit to respawn should already be here. But it's for a different request. |

Find a supply depot and swap suits.
Otherwise, it is to the clone farms for you. Also known as suicide. |

I get stuck all the time on terrains, especially when jumping off high structures or hills. This would be a great way to:
- keep your gear
- keep your stats
And it's not OP, because suiciding would be even faster and more likely to be abused. |

No because it would be abused incredibly and would be a detriment to other players.
Find yourself outnumbered or you accidentally run into a group of reds? No problem, find cover and recall yourself.
Almost dead and cant find a logi to repair your armor? Recall yourself
An objective being overrun because the enemy flanked you? Your squad recalls itself and spawns in at that objective.
This mechanic would be abused completely |

+1 this is a great idea. if your character performed some kind of hack-like action to get recalled, that would be cool. to make it fair though, you would be called back INSIDE the MCC. so you get to switch fits, restock, etc but you have to jump out of the MCC to get back into battle. this would prevent people from using self-recall as a means to fast travel the map without getting shot along the way. I find no player running from the redline and their MCC to be any tactical threat. |

You can always leave battle or go to supply depot if you need to change |
