the main issues is the damage, recoil aside your dps is pretty low compared to other AR types. add the recoil forcing slower pacing of shots dps drops a bit more. yea yea i hear modded controller= pain to nerf so just drop the RoF max and add some...

broken still, takes longer for it to recover then snipe rifles but the recoil does seem to have dropped slightly. would highly suggest maxing out sharpshooter and outranging lasers and pop them down, its what i have been doing now with it on ambus...

well i do like the idea. first what would be the range of it? second flak works as anti-air so how would it work on HAV/LAVs third burst should be smaller rounds (30mm) while the normal rounds higher (50mm) and that would work to balance the dp...
