depends on your suit, your skills and what your being scanned by 1 eye just gave you the worst case scenario, which is a lvl 5 gal logi with a proto focused scanner scanning at 15 db

so starting at 35 lvl 3 gal 9% + lvl 3 damp 6% your running around @ 30db which is pretty good, better then an amarr or min undampened with lvl 5 skills 1st adv damp 20% 24db vs another scout with lvl 5 precision everyone but the amarr will need...
